Wow, it's November already. Starting to get dark early now. But there's something special about the light that is there. I've been getting up early most days and going for a walk. This burr oak leaf seemed to know a lot about that light. Wanna know what else I've been up to this past month or so? Well, along with all the other things I usually do, I've been making a record (yes, I still call it that). It's been quite a while since I did that. I've been telling you all it's coming for years now. It's finally happening. In the mean time I've got a bunch of concerts coming up this month, including one in my home town of Park Forest, IL. This one has been put off for 3 years now and I'm really looking forward to it. Mike Lindauer will be there holding down the low down and harmonizing on the up high. And our old friend Donna Adler will sing some songs to get us all started. Not to mention special guests! Along with that there will be a couple more shows in the Chicago area and one in Livonia, MI too (over by Motor City). These will all be preceded by a couple of house concerts in KS and MO this weekend. And a couple more house concerts are coming at the top of December down in Florida. Hope you can join me somewhere along the way before the year is out.
